We are currently looking for an ERP Project Manager to join our Yokogawa Votiva Solutions team!
Role purpose
Manage project team members to implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions successfully.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain project plans.
- Assign tasks and manage project team members.
- Forecast commitment based on the project plans.
- Tracking and controlling AR & WIP.
- Problem solving resources conflicts.
- Perform risk analysis.
- Create and communicate project status reports to management and customers.
- Ensure quality, timeline, and budget for deliverables of projects.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with customers and team members.
- Ensure customer acceptance for delivered service.
Requirements
- Must have strong project management knowledge and more than 5 years of working experience with ERP systems.( Microsoft D365, SAP, Oracle, Odoo…)
- Must have a strong command of English communication.
- Worked with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Solid analytical or problem-solving skills with capability to identify solutions.
- Strong leadership and team development.
- Great communication and presentation skills with both business and C-level project sponsors (both in English and Vietnamese).
