We are currently looking for a Copilot Functional Consultant to join our Yokogawa Votiva Solutions team!
Role Description
As a Copilot Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in consulting and implementing Copilot technology within Microsoft 365 (M365) for our diverse clientele. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that businesses not only understand the functionalities of Copilot but also effectively integrate this technology into their daily operations.
Key professional responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI strategies to streamline business processes and increase departmental productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Oversee the integration of Microsoft 365 tools with AI technologies to enhance workflow automation.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, evaluating their potential impact on business operations.
- Design and manage AI-driven projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of AI tools within Microsoft 365 applications
- Monitor and report on the performance of AI implementations, making recommendations for further enhancements
Requirements
- Strong English speaking and communication skills.
- Proven experience in business operations and process improvement.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and their use in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience in cross-functional team leadership.
- A proactive approach to embracing change and driving innovation within business operations
- Experience in AI technologies is A PLUS.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business operations consulting, or a related field.
